This policy explains what information Kingdoms Created collects when you visit kingdomscreated.com or hire us, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and how it is protected. Kingdoms Created is a digital services business operated by Lavonte Johnson in Florida, United States.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a project brief you provide your name, business name, email address, an optional phone number, and details about the project you want, including budget range and timing. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. You enter your card details on a page hosted by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, the last four digits of the card, and the name and email you provided at checkout.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal or quote
- To deliver the services you hire us for and communicate about the work
- To take payment, issue invoices and keep required financial records
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email to people who only submitted a project brief unless they ask to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe for payment processing and invoicing
- Hostinger for website hosting and email delivery
- Google for our business email account
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold or transferred, client records may transfer with it.
How long we keep it
Project inquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to two years. Records for completed projects, including invoices and payment records, are kept for at least seven years because financial and tax rules require it.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days. Some records, such as completed transactions, must be retained to meet legal obligations, and we will tell you if that applies.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never reaches our systems. Access to client files and correspondence is limited to the people working on your project. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site and these services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
